
1. How long have you been attending CrossFit?
I have been attending crossfit for 3 years.
2. Why did you choose CrossFit over another gym?
I originally trialled crossfit as part of a special deal and because I had always been curious, and soon became addicted. I loved the fact that it was a different workout every day and that we were coached through each movement carefully. I also loved the community aspect of the crossfit box which appeals to me rather than working out by myself in a typical gym.
3. What did you want to achieve by joining?
I originally started crossfit when my son was 3 months old and wanted to lose some baby weight and regain some fitness. Now I love the fact that I am doing movements I never dreamed of doing, like gymnastic and weightlifting movements, and love seeing the progress I have made over the years.
4. If you could give a piece of advice to someone else thinking about doing CrossFit, what would it be?
Everything is achievable and everything is scalable. You just need to turn up and start, no matter your fitness level.

I have been going to CrossFit Gladstone for 2 months.
2. Why did you choose CrossFit over another gym?
I choose it over other gyms because of the friendliness of staff and other members.
3. What did you want to achieve by joining?
Since I have joined my confidence has grown (I'm not good at most exercises) but the encouragement from other members is great.
4. If you could give a piece of advice to someone else thinking about doing CrossFit, what would it be?
The best piece of advice I would say... just do it, makes you feel better, clears the mind and it's fun.
