CrossFit Kids is a phenomenal and fun way to get your kids involved and committed in some physical activity. In our kids program our role is to shape lives, impart on them a lifelong definition of fitness and furthermore help kids understand that wellness and fitness are big things and very important, we educate them on what health is and we’re creating a community for the kids.
Each age group has different goals. Our goals for the Kids (Ages 5 -12) is fun fitness, hanging with friends and the Game. Teens goals in fun as well, however now there is also that competitive aspect, the load on the bar is a motivator and the time on the clock is a motivator.
